• Computer shortcuts keys: Computers shortcuts are the keyboards keys that make the work more easy. the shortcuts keys are on the keyboard,they can be a number or sign.

Keyboard shortcuts are quick key combinations that helps you perform tasks faster. Instead of using the mouse for everything, you can use shortcuts to save work and more efficiently.

• Ctrl + A ----Select all .
• Ctrl + C----Copied selected text or files
• Ctrl + V ----Paste copied text or files
• Ctrl + X ----Cut selected text or files
• Ctrl + Z ----Undo your last action
• Ctrl + Y ----Redo your previous action

• Ctrl + F ---- Find a word or phrase quickly

Organize  Your Files: organizing file is very important, all your.A computer without  folder is like a room with all your  clothes,books and food thrown on the floor.its as easy as that.You can find things but,it takes forever.

File organizing: simply means putting your files in the right folders  so that it will be easy for your retrieval.(you can find them  fast)

think your computer storage as a filling cabinet.

• Use Strong Passwords:

Don't use 0123456 or password for  your folders if they're on cloud storage like Google Drive or Dropbox.

Mix letters,numbers and symbols to it that will make it hard for someone to get.Examples: B!rg2026#Kaduna A strong password is like a lock on your digital folders

Imagine someone opening your Documents folders.Scary,right? That's why i add a strong password to my cloud.note always mix letters,numbers and symbols to your password to make it strong and hard to open, make sure to put what you can remember,take note of it somewhere save.

Password Protect Important Folders

• Don't reuse the same  password everywhere
• Use 12+ characters
• Add 1 capital, 1 number, and 1 symbol
• Use a strong password manager if you forget easily

 I used to click ''Remind me later'' all the time.

Then make your computer updated till date

Think of it fixing a broken lock on your house 

Let your computer update which you sleep.wake up safer.
